Seasoned Receptionist for unique animal hospital. Not your typical receptionist position! Ideal candidate to join our team would be able to muti-task, work independently, have pleasant phone manner, be computer literate, be at ease with animals and work well under pressure. Practice located 30 minutes north of NYC close to Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY. Hours include several evenings and occasional 1/2 day Saturdays.

Overview of Job: Primarily responsible for helping all members of the staff .This includes assisting in all areas of the hospital to provide the best possible care for patients during their time at the hospital. This position is responsible for assisting in the stocking and cleaning of the hospital. This position holds an essential role in communication and organization between all team members. Assistants are responsible for the maintaining excellence in patient care under the supervision of the technician team. Availability should include evening and weekend hours.
